Mr. Ramcharan serves as the Senior Manager of Investment at the Guyana Office for Investment.

Prior to this appointment, he served as the Senior Economic Analyst at the agency.

Mr. Ramcharan currently hold’s an MBA in Oil, Gas and Energy Management from the UNICAF University and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from the University of Guyana.
