Mr. Ramcharan serves as the Special Projects of The Guyana Office for Investment (GO-Invest).

Prior to this appointment, he served at the Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA) in the tax
operations, Compliance Unit as a compliance Officer.

Mr. Ramcharan currently hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from the University
of Guyana and is pursuing a Masters Degree.
