Nikkisha Logan is an Attorney-at-Law who works at the Office for Investment as the Corporate Secretary/Legal Officer. She earned her Bachelor of Laws in 2017, graduating with Honours from the University of the West Indies (Cavehill Campus). Ms. Logan also graduated from the Hugh Wooding Law School, earning her Legal Education Certificate and was subsequently admitted to practice law in Guyana in October 2019.
She has gained experience in criminal law, contract law, tort law, probate, conveyancing, family law, alternative dispute resolution, legal drafting, international trade law and constitutional law.
In her capacity as the Legal Officer of Guyana Office for Investment she is responsible for various agreements and contracts, including but not limited to Investment Agreements, Memoranda of Understanding and Employment contracts.
